GREENCO2 carpet cleaning system was invented to exclusively remove residues.
The residues that are present hold onto soil and allergens even after traditional methods of cleaning (steam cleaning, hot water extraction, shampoo, dry cleaning) causing an unhealthy environment which promotes sickness.
Example of carpet residues: oils from our body and our pets. Oils tracked in from: outdoors, bathroom areas, kitchen areas, from high PH cleaners used, etc.
The Healthy Way to Clean
Step 1: Home Entry Protection
Upon approach to your front door, our Environmental Technicians will place a protective mat before entering your home. Environmental Technicians will put "booties" over their shoes to prevent tracking of outside soil into your home.
Step 2: Pre-Inspection
Our Environmental Technician will inspect your areas of concern, note carpet construction and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.
Step 3: Detailed Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly and detailed vacuumed with our HEPA GREENCO2 vacuum to remove dry soil, paying attention to corners and edges. Removing dry soil (65%) is one of the most important steps in the cleaning process.
Step 4: Furniture Moving
Sofas, chairs, and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as beds, china cabinets, etc will not be moved but we have tools to carpet clean around and under these items. The furniture will be placed back in its normal location with protective, disposable blocks or tabs underneath the legs.
Step 5: Spray
Your carpet will now be sprayed with our Natural CO2 Based Carpet Cleaner. The "Natural CO2 Based Carpet Cleaner" penetrates the fibers from the base literally blowing apart the soil and turning it into a liquid.
Step 6: Extract
Once the soil has been liquidfied, our advanced state-of-the-art GREENCO2 Micro-Fiber Green Extraction Process extracts the soil and allergens leaving the carpets to dry in 2 to 4 hours.
Step 7: Post Spot Treatment
99% of spots and spills are removed with our Natural CO2 Based Carpet Cleaner. If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, 5 steps of specialty-spotting techniques are performed for spots such as rust, red dye, furniture dye, etc.
Step 8: Speed Dry
High velocity fans are placed in the areas to increase drying time.
Step 9: Finish Grooming
The carpet pile is set in an upright position using a carpet rake. This is to insure the carpets are separate and independent during the drying process.
Step 10: Post Cleaning Inspection
Our Environmental Supervisor will do a final walk thru of the areas for inspection and to assist you with any recommendations..
